Jamaican College Offers BPO Training

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) training certification is now available at the Trench Town Polytechnic College in St Andrew, Jamaica.

Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) training certification is now available at the Trench Town Polytechnic College in St Andrew, Jamaica. The college started offering the certification in early September in partnership with iTELBPO Smart Solutions, according to the Jamaica Observer. There is an opportunity for students to also participate in a work-study initiative which gives students the opportunity to participate in a study and earn program. “We are totally grateful to iTEL, as we have some youngsters who are raring to go. There is such a wealth of talent in Trench Town,” said Edwards-Watson, the college’s principal.
